Routine testosterone testing in asymptomatic men is not generally recommended by major guidelines. The result is unlikely to change management. Lifestyle is the lever.
If your testosterone has been borderline and you're trying lifestyle changes, retesting after 3–6 months of consistent effort makes sense to see how things have shifted. Same morning timing, same conditions if possible.
